How do you deliver my goods in Australia?

As of 17th February 2009 all items are sent to you by PLATINUM EXPRESS POST , as this delivery service…
1) Gives us a unique identification number so you trace your parcel’s progress to you with Australia Post (You will need to request this ID number be supplied to you by Tshinta)
2)  Platinum Express Bags are NOT insured, but require a SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY (therefore, will not be left in letterboxes)
3) The fastest, most reliable AIR service within Australia Post
4) Platinum Express Bags allow only for compensation to a maximum of $50 if the bag is misplaced or lost by Australia Post. Conditions will apply.

- We can NOT guarantee an overnight service as we (TSHINTA) is located in Rural North Queensland and some post codes fall outside our guaranteed overnight service area

How long does it take to deliver my goods within Australia?

Please allow ample time for your order to be delivered to you in Australia as we may have to order a style in specifically for you.

It will take 1-3 working days for your order to reach you – after we have posted it. Depending on where you live; it may take longer. Australia Post will be held responsible for any lost packages.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

We endeavour to deliver your order anywhere in the world!

OVERSEAS ORDERS OVER $301 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE DELIVERY.. HOWEVER, IF YOU REQUIRE  INSURANCE ON YOUR PARCEL, YOU WILL NEED PAY THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE CHARGE.

How do you send my goods overseas?
All items will be sent by Australia Post air mail. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO INSURE YOUR GOODS (see below)

How long does it take to deliver overseas?
It varies with different countries. But generally it will take from 15-20 working days. (We can not control if or how long the package may take to clear customs in your country)

Duties for Overseas Customers including New Zealand
All prices are in Australia dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CHARGES that you may incur.

Insurance Disclaimer
If you choose NOT to insure your goods, we at tshinta take NO further responsibility for the goods once we have sent them to you. If your parcel is lost, we CAN NOT track it's whereabouts.  Therefore, we highly recommend that you select Insurance on your post oprions.  Countries that don’t offer insurance at current are: Canada, Argentina, Norway, Philippines, and Germany. We will notify you if you choose Insurance when your country does not offer this service, as this information is updated all the time.  For countries that do not offer insurance, please email us directly and we will try to source another method for a safer delivery.
